The social secretaries organise inclusive socials throughout the year including the Fresher’s social and Christmas dinner. They acquire materials and organise catering for events, if necessary. The publicity officer creates posts and promotes events, socials and society news on our social media accounts and website. They are the first point of contact for replying to messages on our social media. They organise marketing materials for Fresher’s Fair and design and distribute concert posters and programmes.

The secretary sends out weekly newsletter emails to all society members informing them about rehearsals, concerts, socials and opportunities. They are in charge of the piano membership, liaising with the piano members and timetabling rehearsals at Guy’s Chapel. They can reply to emails, social media messages and website queries. The co-treasure is responsible for: communicating with the lead treasurer on budget and finance. Largely the co-treasurer is in charge of researching, looking out for, applying and dealing with sponsorship

The treasurer is responsible for: ensuring they are updated on the club's budget and finance throughout the year. They are the ones (as well as the president if need be) who are in charge of money going in and out of the clubs balance, they will be the lead advisor to the president for if expenditure is neccessary or applicable. They will ensure all members have paid for their membership and chase up any non-paying members who are in the social media groups or who attend the events organised by

The president is responsible for: leading and representing the society to its members, overseeing the club's events to ensure they align with the society's goals, faciltating meetings and necessary communication between committee members as well as ordinary members. The president is the lead coordinator of events and actvities.

Each ride captain must lead the minmun of one ride per week or per fortnight (depending on how many ride captains there are). They are in charge of making sure everybody is safe on the ride, they must ensure all members have brought suitable equipment and attire. They are also in charge of knowing the route details and of coordinating ride breaks if necessary.
