Hire a KCLSU Venue

With two fantastic bars in the heart of London, The Vault and Guy's Bar, King’s College London Students’ Union (KCLSU) provides quality venues for hire at affordable prices. Whether it’s an intimate gathering of friends or a party for 300 people, we can help you make it happen.

Hire Packages

• Hire packages are available at weekends and outside of term time
• Our hire fee is £1000+VAT, which includes staff, security, use of PA and DJ equipment, dance floor and platform stage area.
• Music, food, drinks and decorations can be made available as extras.
• We can provide a DJ for £300+VAT, or you can bring your own music for free.

Surcharges are applicable for extended hire periods. Special terms and conditions apply for regular bookings. Venue technical specifications are available upon request.

Alumni

If you’re King’s alumni, you can get 10% off our private hire fees! Just let us know that you’re alumni when making your booking.
