Campaigns

Do you want to make a change about our Union, The University or the wider world?
With around 37,000 student members, we have a strong and powerful voice, that when united can bring about big changes.
Our voices can shape our student experiences, strengthen a campaign, and be part of decisions made by our Students’ Union, or on a national scale.

Campaigning at KCLSU

We have a diverse membership, with lots of different viewpoints so from the outset it’s important that when we campaign as part of KCLSU, the campaign has democratic legitimacy that proves our members support the campaign.

We do this in two main ways; if the campaign is on an elected officers manifesto or if it is proposed as a campaign and reaches a threshold of support.
