Block Room Bookings
Block Bookings for Term 2 have now Closed, this period will run from 16th January 2023 – 31st March 2023.
To submit a request for your block booking you will need to complete the typeform below. To complete this typeform you will need to sign and date the KCLSU Room Usage agreement as well completing the excel form. Both can be found on the google drive link below and must be submitted via the typeform – any copy emailed to [email protected] will not be accepted.

The deadline to complete the typeform and send the excel document over to us was FRIDAY 23rd December 2022 AT 11:59PM, please note that those who miss this deadline will not be allocated a block booking in term 2 and will need to book rooms on an ad-hoc basis.
Block bookings will be finalised and sent out to all student groups on Friday 6th January 2023.
Ad-hoc bookings for term 2 will go live in on Friday 6th January 2023.
If you wish to book a space before the 16th January 2023 you can do so now via MRBS.
You must have completed your society or club risk assessment and have had it approved before we can consider any requests for bookings. For societies in need of further information on risk assessments, please email [email protected]. For sports clubs, please email [email protected].
I have also attached a very helpful handbook to this email ‘Bookings 101’ to the google drive, this goes through the basics of the booking procedure and all you need to know about using our spaces.
Please note that submission of a form does not guarantee that we can provide you with a block booking of your choice – we will communicate any unavailability to student groups before the start of term.
