Options for booking a room

Booking a King's room may take up to 3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding national or bank holidays. 

You can now book your own rooms immediately on your KCLSU SKEDDA account. By booking a room through the KCLSU SKEDDA booking system, you accept your responsibility as a user of KCLSU Space to self-evacuate immediately via the nearest or most suitable fire escape route in the event of a fire alarm activation.

Book a room with KCLSU here if:

  • You want to book a meeting room, activity room or space on Guy's Campus.
  • Event attendance is less than 70 people.

King's Venues

For spaces that are not Activity Rooms, you will need to submit a student booking with King's Venues. Please submit the following information in your request:

  • Your audio/visual requirements;
  • If you need a space for catering; and 
  • If you have any external guests and/or speakers.

Please note:

  • Terms and Conditions are outlined on your provisional booking schedule. You will be asked to sign and return this.
  • Bush House and Strand are considered separate campuses for booking purposes.
  • Venues only takes bookings until 22:00 Monday-Saturday and until 18:00 on Sundays.
  • Venues' work hours are Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00, and may take up to 48 hours to respond.
  • The more information you supply on your request form, the better Venues can find the correct room for your booking.
