This programme is open to all current King’s student who are already active in student leadership, campaigning, or community leadership roles, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds at King’s:
- Ethnic Backgrounds: Black, Black British – African; Black, Black British – Caribbean; Any other Black background; Chinese; Gypsy, Roma or Traveller (GRT)
- Identity and Characteristics: Disabled; LGBTQ+; Mature students (aged 21 and over at first undergraduate entry)
- Study Type/Level: PGR; PGT; Students on Clinical Practice Programmes
- Widening Participation: Care-experienced or estranged students; forced migrant or refugee background; students from working class backgrounds or those eligible for Free School Meals; young adult carers

This exclusive leadership and campaigning development programme is designed for ambitious student leaders – especially those from underrepresented backgrounds – who want to sharpen their campaigning skills, grow their confidence, and build powerful networks.
Running from October to January across all campuses, the programme includes:
- High-impact workshops with expert trainers and guest speakers
- Peer learning opportunities
- Practical campaigning tools to influence change at King’s and beyond
- A clear pathway to KCLSU elections and leadership roles
