Volunteer Project Fund 2024/25 - now open!

 

Apply to this fund to set-up your own project to support the Kings and/or London community!

 

This fund supports student-led volunteer projects which benefit the King’s and/or London community. The Volunteer Project Fund 2024/2025 merges the previous King’s Community Fund and Widening Participation (WP) Fund.  Your volunteer project can be related to the purpose of your student group or it can be something entirely separate. You can bid for up to £1,000 to get your project off the ground!

 

Who can apply to this fund?

  1. Societies
  2. Sports clubs
  3. Academic Reps
  4. Campaigns
  5. Networks

 

You must be able to demonstrate that your project:

  1. Has a goal of supporting a community or cause.
  2. Actively helps others or furthers the community within London or at KCL.
  3. Involves volunteering opportunities for your members.

  4. Students will be notified of the outcome of the funds by the end of October. You will be required to attend a Project Planning Training in the end of October/beginning of November.
