Our Advice service is free, confidential, and available to every King's student. We want your experience with us to be as helpful and supportive as possible. That's why we have a service agreement with you, and follow some policies in areas including confidentiality and conflict of interest.
Due to a busy period, we are currently responding to enquiries within 3 working days. We prioritise our cases according to urgency, so if there’s a reason you need to hear from us sooner, make sure you include this information when you contact us. We review our emails every working day so we will pick up any emails which have approaching deadlines as soon as possible.
KCLSU has now relocated to Bush House on Strand campus. The Advice team is available to see students at this location through pre-booked appointments, as well as at Guys campus and Waterloo campus. We are no longer available at Macadam building.

KCLSU Advice is for every student, and we take our commitment to making our support accessible very seriously. If you have any access requirements or need us to make any adjustments so that you can receive advice, please let us know when you contact us.
We offer advice by email, telephone, skype and in person. If you would like a copy of the information in large print or other formats, let us know. In person, advice is usually given in one of our advice rooms across three of our campuses. If these locations are not accessible or suitable for your needs, please discuss this with our team who will make alternative arrangements wherever possible.
STRAND: We are located on Floor 7 of Bush House, South East Wing.
WATERLOO: We are located on Floor 1 of the Franklin-Wilkins Building.
GUY'S: We are located in the West Wing of the Boland House Building.
