Sorry, there are no memberships available to purchase.

KCL Makers' Society is a space where students can come to develop crafting skills in a relaxed, social setting. Each month, we offer a different crafting focus so you can have the chance to learn something new, or share your skills with like-minded people.

Anyone can join our society, from those who have never done any crafts before and want to try something new, to students who have extensive experience in handicraft. Beginners to experts can enjoy creating something together.

We offer:

  • Crafting classes - Students get the chance to either learn new skills, or share their experience and advice with others. All basic materials are provided in the session, and you get something to take home with you! We offer something brand new every month from October to March, all included in our society membership!

  • Craft and chill - Bring your projects (or your uni work!) along for a drop-in and out craft meeting where students can go to have some companionship, discuss their projects, and relax.

  • Online creative community - Join our Discord Server to casually chat, discuss, and ask for advice within a positive and welcoming community wherever you are.
