Student Voice Partnership Agreement

To accomplish a shared vision of a powerful student community, KCLSU and KCL have finalised the Student Voice Partnership Agreement (SVPA), putting the views of students at the heart of educational and social change.

Student voice is a top priority in improving student experience and outcomes at both the University and Students’ Union.

Led by KCLSU, the Agreement focuses on ensuring all students at King’s are supported in voicing their academic interests and influencing the decision-making at the University level. The Agreement recognises KCLSU’s role in equipping students with resources to facilitate community representation and campaigning at the University level.

The partnership builds robust representation practices, across King’s and KCLSU, by ensuring transparency and accountability among students and staff members.

KCLSU plays an instrumental role in training and skill development, alongside helping student representatives to network and build relationships with key stakeholders such as Student Groups, Academic Representatives as well as staff members. Students will be recognised for their commitment to bring change, and the impact that they have during this process will be acknowledged.
