Welcome to the King‘s College London Chapter of European Horizons!

European Horizons is a global, student-led policy incubator & think tank whose mission is to give young people a voice in shaping the future of Europe and of transatlantic relations. Founded at Yale University in 2015, our network now spans 3 continents, 20 countries, 60 chapters and 1100 members.

Our Chapter undertakes independent policy research & proposals, as well as a multitude of other publications such as op-eds and articles. We also host a variety of events, ranging from conferences to debates and networking nights — alongside discussions based on our upcoming podcast.

Beyond this, European Horizons’ members and chapters:

  • undertake collaboratively-designed projects with partners in politics and policy-making, business, society, and culture;
  • conduct independent research through the Review of European and Transatlantic Affairs and other publications; and
  • hold international and regional events, such as the annual European Student Conference at Yale or the Digital Economy Youth Summit, that connect students to each other and to our partner organizations, empowering them to shape the future of Europe and transatlantic relations.

The King’s College London (KCL) chapter of European Horizons is one of the newest additions to the European Horizons network — but what it lacks in age, it more than makes up for in ambition, activity, and achievements. Check out our website and socials for more information and don’t hesitate to drop us any questions you might have - we can’t wait to welcome you as part of our society, and to further our impact on policymaking!

Our two tiers of membership:

General/Standard: £7 per annum — includes discounted access to our exclusive events & conferences, priority access to European Horizons conferences & workshops, plus tailored support and a platform for you to research or publish your work.

Team: £10 per annum — if you would like to join one of the specific sub-teams of our Chapter (Research, Publications, Events, PR, Partnerships & Treasury) as a Team Member, you gain all of the benefits of being a General Member plus free tickets to our events & first priority to European Horizons hosted events. You will be working in a team environment, collaborating on various projects and undertaking individual tasks that shape the overall Chapter.
