Interested in medical ethics? Interested in participating in fun debates where you can get the chance to voice your opinions on controversial ethical issues? Then you've found the right society!
KCL Medical Ethics Soc is a new student society dedicated to supplying students with additional knowledge on medical ethics and law, giving students the confidence to deal with tough ethical situations. Organising discussions using both real and hypothetical cases, students can articulate their opinions in a safe environment, while developing communication skills, but also seeing the importance of ethics and how it applies to clinical practice.
Not a medical student? No problem! As a society we are dedicated to encouraging participation from all students as we aim bring together students of different disciplines, religious views and political views, in a way that they haven't been before.
We run a wide range of events throughout the year with an aim to educate and inspire students with an interest in medical ethics and law.
