This session aims to create personalized action plans that empower participants to take tangible steps toward leadership roles and to establish a support network for ongoing growth. This session is open to all Black students and is part of a series of masterclasses taking place in Term 1 and Term 2 as part of the Future Leaders project.

What to expect:

• Recap of key takeaways from previous sessions.
• Facilitated discussions on accessing resources and mentorship opportunities.
• Individual and group action plan creation with specific goals and timelines.
• Formation of peer support groups for ongoing encouragement and accountability.
