This year's theme of World Mental Health Day on 10th October is 'The Mental Health of Young People in a Changing World.' We believe that students can shape the future of youth mental health so we warmly invite you to join SMaRteN and the Strand Magazine to attend a Future Retrospective Panel Event and Rise in collaboration the Positive Peers, KCL Peer Supporters, Think Mental, DJ Society, Literary Society and many more!

  • 2pm | Mindfulness Workshop at Bush House (S) 2.06. Book here for this interactive workshop.
  • 5.15pm | Future Retrospective Panel Discussion at Bush House, Lecture Theatre 2 with incredible panellists like the CEO of Student Minds and Regius Professor of Psychiatry at the IoPPN. Get your free ticket here.
  • Open for the evening until 10.00pm | Rise event at Bush House, SE Wing, The Shack with music, art, activities and free food from 7pm (after Panel event). Get your free ticket here.
