What is Obstetrics & Gynaecology (OBG)?
Obstetrics & Gynaecology is a specialty that focuses on the care of a pregnant woman, her unborn child and the management of diseases and disorders specific to women. The specialty combines medicine and surgery!
Are you interested in a career in obstetrics and gynaecology?
The KCL Obstetrics & Gynaecology Society is one of the most popular medical societies in the university.
Not only do we aim to provide support for medical students with an interest in O&G through stimulating career talks and clinical skills practice sessions, we also strive to provide lectures for midwifery, nursing students and staff who have an interest in reproductive health.
How do I find out more?
The new committee is made up of 10 enthusiastic medical students; find out more about us on our social media pages! This is where we post our upcoming events and further information on helping you pursue an OBG career.
