The Queen's Club

Overview

On riday 1st December, KCL tennis in collaboration with our partners will deliver our first-ever event as part of KCLSU Disability History Month at one of the world's most iconic tennis clubs, The Queen's Club. We will be delivering two free 1 hour interactive and engaging on court practical workshops which will include wheelchair, VI and all other forms of inclusive tennis. The aims of the workshop are for all attendees to leave with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make relevant and meaningful on and off court adaptations that enable everyone at KCL to enjoy their university experience through tennis. Primarily, through providing student leaders with the provision, opportunity and esteem to effectively tackle these injustices, we hope to make our on and off court offering truly inclusive by design and appealing to students who identify as disabled. Dress Code: White clothing (shoes can be different colours)

  • Session 1: 8:30-9:30pm
  • Session 2: 9:30-10:30pm
