The Royal Albert Hall had been the King's graduation venue for nearly a century until 1992, and it has since been changed to the Barbican Centre. We aim to bring back the Royal Albert Hall as our graduation venue.
The students leading the campaign got a huge amount of support and sign ups from the KCLSU community which showed how much the student body wanted a change in graduation location. The students involved held open meetings and encouraged students to email the Principle. In 2018, the University made the decision to move graduations for non-health students to the Royal Festival Hall. After this momentous decision, the campaign group decided to shut down the campaign.
