KCLSU LGBT+ Network is a representative student community that aims to combat oppression, discrimination, and inequality faced by students on a local and national level.
Anyone who identifies as LGBT+ or questioning is automatically a member, whether that's publicly, privately or somewhere in between. We work both within the student union and the university to promote acceptance, raise awareness, facilitate events and consult on issues.
We represent you in Union Development and Diversity and Inclusion Steering meetings, and help organise and make decisions for LGBT+ History month. All committee members are elected; there are two Network Officers (one trans place, one open place), a Campaigns Rep and a Welfare Rep.
