The Union Shop Supervisor will work closely with the Retail and Business Development Manager and be responsible for day to day operations of The Union Shop, as well as our steadily growing online shop. The role will include managing Shift Leaders, Retail Assistants and Online Retail Assistants, ensuring effective delivery of high standards of product and customer service both in-store and online. The role will include 60 – 80% of the post-holder being on the retail outlet floor, shift leading and providing excellent customer service, with 20 – 40% of the role being admin based.
