This is a fantastic opportunity to work in KCLSU as a Shift Leader in our new zero waste retail outlet – Nought. You will be assisting the Retail Manager in daily Shift leading Duties and ensuring the effective delivery of a high standard of product and service.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A passion for sustainability and reducing waste
  • Experience of providing a high level of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills both face-to-face, via email, and over the telephone
