We are a South Asian Society set up under name of Desi Society, as Desi is a synonymous term.
Formed in Feb 2022, with the idea that it will unite students from the South Asian subcontinent - Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Pakistan, Nepal, and Sri Lanka as a neutral society open to all.
We host some of the biggest events on campus below are some examples:

- Qawwali Nights / Traditional Musical Events,
- Games Nights
- Charity Collections
- Karaoke Night
- Love Island spin-off
