Welcome to KCLSU!

At KCLSU we work together with you to provide support community, extra curricular activities and much more. Once at King’s, there is plenty to get involved with outside of our course. You could be part of Student Media, volunteering or one of our many student groups and campaigns that are active online.

One of the best things about being part of the Union is there’s lots of support available to help you make the most of our time at King’s. You’ve got access to free, confidential, impartial and professional advice from full-time Advice Caseworkers by phone or email, and lots of online resources to help guide you through any problems you might encounter during your studies. Distance Learners can make a huge contribution to creating a university and union that work for everyone. We work with students every day to make the world a better place, be that by changing ourselves, our university or wider society.

KCLSU is every student at King’s College London – welcome to our Student’s Union.

Logging in

Register a guest account on our website so you can sign up for events, join societies and buy tickets.

It’s temporary; once you’ve started your course you should be able to use the ‘Student Login’. Here are a few things you’ll need to do to get started:

  • Use the name you applied to King’s College London with, not a nickname or an abbreviation
  • Register with your personal email address, Gmail, Hotmail, whatever, just not your King’s email address
  • If you’ve been given a student ID (tip: it’ll start with a K) include it in the form
  • Once you’ve registered, you’ll be sent an activation link. If you’ve got any questions the lovely people at website@kclsu.org will try and sort you out.

If you’ve got any questions, send an email to website@kclsu.org and we’ll do our best to help.
