Overview

Aimed at healthcare students, this talk focuses on managing your own wellbeing and mental health in stressful work situations. It focuses on the practical steps students can take to identify their current strengths as well as areas that might need some attention. This session will be led by Dr Esther Murray CPsychol AFBPsS SFHEA. Esther has been a health psychologist for 13 years, initially working in cardiac care both in service improvement and psychological interventions for patients, later going on to a career in academia.
