Overview

In our first session of three, we'll cover a few basic first aid topics such as CPR and the recovery position. We'll also explain a bit about our first aid awareness programme and the benefits of taking part.

Unless you cannot, please wear a face covering to protect yourself and others. We will provide hand sanitiser and ensure that any shared equipment is thoroughly cleaned between people. Thank you!
