Overview
The power of positive thinking has advantages including feeling less stressed, better overall physical and mental health, a longer lifespan and better coping mechanisms.
The session will begin with a 'thought of the day' leading onto doing a mantra of positive words, affirmations and quotes to ensure that positivity is felt by everyone!
The session finishes off with 3 small goals that can be achieved easily in your day to ensure an extra sense of accomplishment.
