Mindfulness is, quite simply, conscious awareness. It’s paying attention to whatever thoughts, feelings and emotions are flowing through your mind, body and breath without judging them. It can help with stress and anxiety, giving us more focus and concentration.  

All are welcome - no prior experience necessary.
