Overview

This year we are honored to host a Virtual Cook Along with Palestinian chef, author and co-owner of restaurants across London, Sami Tamimi to celebrate Palestinian culture and cuisine.

Mr. Tamimi will be talking us through how to make the Palestinian national dish, Musakhan, while digging deep into the history of the dish, the cuisine and his experiences all while we cook, talk and eat together (virtually!).

Musakhan is composed of roasted chicken baked with sweet caramelized onions, sumac and fried pine nuts served over taboon bread (or any flatbread!). Vegan/vegetarian substitutions are available.

ingredients and the link to the event will be emailed prior to the event.
