Overview

ThinkMental are excited to welcome Clare Waters back for another workshop this year. Clare will be sharing more techniques to help you tackle anxiety in the run up to exam season. This workshop will involve a mixture of mindfulness exercises, relaxing yoga, meditation, journalling and more. The exercises that Clare teaches are ones that she has found beneficial for her in her experiences with anxiety, she refers to them as being something like a 'tool kit' that she can use in times when she is struggling. 

You do not need to have any previous experience with yoga, meditation etc. to come to this event. Yoga mats will be provided but please bring a warm layer for meditating in and a notebook and pen for the journalling exercises. Attendees will also receive a worksheet to help continue your mindful practices at home!

This event is ticketed and is only open to students that are members of ThinkMental.
