Overview
The recent unusual rapprochement in business ties between China and Israel prompts further discussion about the two states. In particular, both appear to have strong national memory narratives which are used as a policy tool. Taking a comparative approach, the event will explore the significance and role that national memory narratives play in the respective countries. Following the panel's debate on the topic, the audience will have a chance to engage the experts in a Q&A.
