2pm - 3pm

Waterloo Chaplaincy & St John's Church

Overview

If you feel like you need some quiet time to unwind and let you mind rest, a quite reflective walk round an outdoors labyrinth in the beautiful garden of St John’s church might appeal?

Walking a labyrinth can be a great way to find some peace and calm for reflection and to de-stress mind and body. Walking a labyrinth can be a great way help us to let go of burdens as well as to find answers to questions. Find out more about labyrinths from the labyrinth society’s webpage: https://labyrinthsociety.org/about-labyrinths

We will be meeting at the Waterloo Chaplaincy, following our usual Tuesday lunch, and walk over to the labyrinth together. There will be a brief introduction and then you will be free to walk the labyrinth at your own pace.
