Waterloo Chaplaincy & St John's Church

Overview

Looking for a physical and mental break from exam season? Maybe some fresh air in peaceful surroundings? Would you like to join us on a guided labyrinth walk in the beautiful garden of St John’s church?

Walking a labyrinth can be a great way to find some peace and calm for reflection and to de-stress mind and body. Walking a labyrinth can be a great way help us to let go of burdens as well as to find answers to questions. Find out more about labyrinths from the labyrinth society’s webpage.

We will be meeting at the Waterloo Chaplaincy and walk over to the labyrinth as a group. We can then do a guided meditation of the labyrinth together before returning to Waterloo Chaplaincy for our usual Tuesday lunch.
