Overview

Due to an increase in the number of COVID cases within the King's community & the Omicrom variant, we are now requiring those in attendance at any nightclub events in Guy's Bar or The Vault to produce one of the following to gain entry:

• Proof of a negative COVID test with your details on no more than 48 hours before the event via app/email/SMS. For more information on KCL testing: https://www.kcl.ac.uk/coronavirus/kcltest
• Proof of fully vaccinated status with vaccination occurring no less than 14 days before the event. For more information on how to get vaccinated: https://www.kcl.ac.uk/coronavirus/vaccinations
• We encourage downloading the NHS app: https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/ & after testing or vaccination download your domestic COVID pass which can be shown at the door & will ensure you can enter the event. 

Allocated sports tickets

Names will be cross checked with captain lists on the night.

Government and KCL I.D. required

Ticket does not guarantee entry please arrive early to avoid the queue!

Event is subject to changes in line with King's and Governement advice at the time of the event.

In the case the venue has to close due to COVID-19 restrictions or lockdowns refunds will be given.

Please note in no other circumstances will a refund be provided.

If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attend the event and follow the Government advice. Please follow government guidance on handwashing, be respectful of other people’s personal space and observe any signage around the venue. There will be dedicated staff cleaning and sanitising the venue throughout the event.
