My candidacy for Student Trustee is rooted in the core values of Advocacy, Accountability, and Agility. With your support, I am confident that I can be a strong and effective advocate for our student community, whilst upholding the highest standards of accountability and transparency and leading with agility to address the challenges and opportunities we face. Advocacy

As a candidate for Student Trustee, I am deeply committed to advocacy—being the voice for our diverse student body. I pledge to actively listen to your concerns, amplify your voices, and advocate continuously for the changes you want to see. Whether it's advocating for improved mental health support, championing diversity and inclusion initiatives, or advocating for fair academic policies, I will be unwavering in my dedication to representing your interests.

Accountability

I truly believe that accountability is crucial in ensuring transparency and trust within our Student Union. If elected, I will endeavor to prioritize accountability at every level of my role. I will ensure that the decisions made by the Union are transparent, justifiable, and in the best interests of the student body. I also aim to actively seek feedback from students, to ensure that the union is meeting your needs and expectations.

Agility

In today's fast-paced world, agility is key to effectively addressing the ever-evolving needs of our student community. I believe in the importance of being agile and adaptable in our approach to student representation and advocacy. Whether it's navigating changes in academic policies, responding to student feedback, or adapting to unforeseen circumstances, I will ensure that our Student Union remains agile and responsive to the needs of all students potentially seeking out innovative solutions to pressing issues, embracing change, and responding swiftly to emerging challenges.
