Submit a motion to NUS

As a member of the National Union of Students, we all have a right to propose policies or ‘motions’ to be discussed at NUS Conferences, to create policy and campaign on a national level. NUS Conferences are the lead decision-making bodies where students from across the country decide the focus for the oncoming year. Once you have submitted your motion, King’s students will vote on the motion, and if it passes, it will be sent to the relevant NUS Conference.

Please note, the deadline for the LGBT+ Students Conference is coming up on 17 December and for the Black Students’ Conference on 2 January! The deadline for National Conference is 29 January.

You can see more about this and submit motions to be discussed at National Conference and the six Liberation Conferences here. You must log in to the website to submit motions. Email [email protected] with any questions.
