In collaboration with the KCLSU LGBTQ+ Network, we'll be hosting events that educate the community and celebrate and share trans stories and experiences.

What is Trans Awareness Festival?

Trans Awareness Festival is a recognition of transgender people and their allies.

Stand with Trans+ students during a time when Trans+ rights and identities are under threat, through Trans+ art, style, solidarity and education.

From 13-19 November, join us for a range of activities to celebrate Trans+ people and support the KCLSU LGBTQ+ Network to demand better for Trans+ students at King’s.

Every year, we honour and celebrate the Trans community at King's and beyond in collaboration with the KCLSU LGBTQ+ Network.

If you're a member of the community or looking into expanding your awareness and knowledge about the Trans community, you will find useful resources here:

Trans Awareness Festival is led in partnership with the KCLSU LGBTQ+ Network, a collaboration of KCLSU Societies brought together to improve the lives of Trans+ students at King’s College London.

Join them at the Breakfast Fair to hear more about their upcoming campaign, create arts and crafts recognising our community, and show up in solidarity at the Trans Day of Remembrance Vigil.
