The HR Coordinator is a key role in our HR team which has the ability to make a real impact in how HR supports staff at KCLSU. We are looking for a HR Coordinator to provide top quality administrative support to the HR Team, and the wider KCLSU community. You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas and be involved with HR projects and initiatives.
This role is a true generalist role with key focus on providing assistance to the HR Team, managers and staff.
To be responsible for advising and providing admin assistant to managers and the wider HR team on HR processes such as recruitment, induction, onboarding, and payroll.
Responsible for coordinating both induction and probation processes
To work with the HR Manager on other areas of HR such as Equality and Diversity, employee engagement, pay and rewards, organisational culture, and learning and development.
