The Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery and Pallitive Care is made up of four departments: Adult Nursing, Child & Family Health, Mental Health Nursing, and Midwifery

They are also home to the Cicely Saunders Institute of Palliative Care, Policy & Rehabilitation. This Faculty does have an Academic Association called the Nightingale Student Council. The NSC is the student-led representative body within the “Florence Nightingale” Faculty of Nursing & Midwifery. The Council exists to represent its students to both the Department and Faculty. Representatives from the NSC liaise regularly with lecturers, the Dean of the Faculty and other academic members of staff. 

Faculty Representation

Reps will be invited to sit on Faculty committees and will also be invited along to provide feedback at SSLC(Student Staff Liaison Committee) meetings.

There are four departments within the faculty and representatives within the Nightingale Student Council represent students accross all Departments and years of study.
