Overview

This event is part of Wellbeing Week that will run from the 2-6th of November. We're unrolling the court nets to talk about how sports, especially badminton, has impacted our mental health and how we can use badminton to help each other deal with ever-increasing social restrictions.

We welcome all eager participants to test their badminton athleticism by pitting themselves against the clock and other players in a series of fun and engaging badminton drills! Is your footwork refined? Do you have the right handling technique? The fastest and best(est) will earn 1st, 2nd and 3rd cash prizes respectively.

You are required to bring your own sports gear, including but not limited to; a racket, appropriate sports clothing, water bottle, sports shoes.
