Overview
We are offering a whole week of sessions (3 Muay Thai sessions and 1 yoga session) for all female KCL students for free, plus socials after each session with a variety of food and drinks provided. With these Wellbeing Week events we want to promote physical and mental wellbeing by giving all participants an opportunity to engage in physical exercise of varying intensities as well as socialise with fellow participants.
