Overview

Following an invitation by King’s College London, The Higher Education Minister, Sam Gyimah is bringing his #SamOnCampus Tour to King’s on Thursday 17th May.

King’s College London and KCLSU are pleased to invite students and staff at King's College London to come along to this fantastic opportunity to ask Sam any questions you may have and share your views on politics and on your university experience, so don’t miss out!

Sam Gyimah MP, Minister of State for Universities, Science, Research and Innovation, has been touring universities listening to the views of students and staff since his appointment in January.

He will be hosting an interactive question and answer session in The Great Hall of the Strand Campus at King’s College London and would like to hear your thoughts on free speech, HE and wider political issues. Students and staff should also come ready with answers of their own as the Minister will be directing questions to the audience as well.

Drinks and light refreshments will be available from 6 PM and Sam's interactive Q&A session begins at 6.30 PM.

It only takes a couple of clicks to register and you will receive a confirmation email.

This event requires pre-registration by to students and staff at King's College London, and you'll need to bring along your King's ID for admission on the evening. We look forward to seeing you at the session.
