PLEASE NOTE – You must fill out this form here upon purchasing your tickets. This allows us to keep a track of all attendees, including external guests. You may be denied entry if this form is not filled out.

T&Cs: We cannot offer any refunds if the ticket holder tests positive for COVID in the days before the event and cannot attend as a result. The ticket holder is allowed to sell their ticket to a friend/fellow student if they wish so long as their respective society is informed. Please reach out to your respective society for more details.
