Dear War Studies people,

Have you ever dreamed of partying where Winston Churchill and his mates used to gamble? Then get yourself ready you for the night of the year!

Put on your classiest outfit and come celebrate the end of term in the historic Whitehall Suite where foreign policy giants used to dance all night long. Tickets start at £22 and comprise two complimentary drinks - take yours now before it's too late!!

THE EVENT: The ball will happen from 19-01 at One Whitehall Place. There will be no food, but a bar where participants will be able to get alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks - to that a lot of great music from our house DJ.

THE PARTICIPANTS: WSS members will be prioritised, but we will open up a limited amount of tickets to non-members. The event is a +18 event.

THE DRESS CODE: Formal / Black tie optional (tuxedos, dark suits & tie, long evening dresses, knee-length cocktail dresses, dressy shoes)

PLEASE BRING:

• WSS Ball Ticket (virtual or print)
• ID
• KCL student ID
• Negative covid test (any test will be accepted as long as we can see name, date and negative result that is no more than 48 hours old)
• Your nicest outfit and best moves

Everything will be checked at the entrance and we keep our right to reject if these can not be proven. Please reach out to the society if you have any concerns or questions and let us know in advance e.g. if you are exempt from testing.
