If you are fundraising for a charity obtain your Charity Authorisation letter. Submit a fundraising request 10 days in advance. Please note that incoming 2026/27 community leaders will submit the fundraising request through the Activity Dashboard. Submit a high-risk risk assessment through the Activities Dashboard.
If your event features an external speaker complete an external speaker form at least 15 working days in advance.
Once your fundraiser has been approved submit an event promotion form which our Marketing team will use to create an event page and ticket sale link 12 working days in advance. Indicate that these donations will be given to charity and this money will be deposited directly into your student groups charity line.
Book your venue with either KCLSU via [email protected] or KCL [email protected]. If your event is in an activity room your committee members can book the space via Skedda.
