New to King's? Welcome fair is the place to be! 

Our fair is an opportunity to learn about your Students' Union, including the groups you can join, the events we run, the services we offer, and our campaigning and volunteering opportunities. No matter your interests, there'll be something for you at the KCLSU Welcome Fair 2024.

We'll also have plenty of partner organisations in attendance, providing student discounts, giveaways, competitions and freebies - the perfect way to start the year at University. 

Lastly, you can meet your new Student Officers, who will represent you throughout this academic year. This team is made up of King's students who were successfully elected last year and will work to represent your views at the highest levels within the University and the Students' Union. 

The event is free but to secure your slot, you will need to sign up and show us your confirmation email upon arrival.

A limited amount of Quiet Hour tickets will be on sale for this event. The quiet hour will run from 10-11am. During the Quiet Hour, there will be a reduced capacity in the venue and no amplified sound will be played. To purchase your free Quiet Hour ticket, please purchase the 10:00-10:30 entry slot ticket.

Hate turning up to an event on your own? To get you started we’ve created guided meet-ups. These groups bring together students with similar life experiences to you. After playing some icebreaker games, the group will travel to and around the welcome fair together, so you’ll have made new friends before even joining a new group!
