The event is subject to changes in line with King's and Government advice at the time of the event.

In the case the venue has to close due to COVID-19 restrictions or lockdowns refunds will be given.

Please note in no other circumstances will a refund be provided.

If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attend the event and follow the Government's advice. Please follow government guidance on handwashing, be respectful of other people’s personal space and observe any signage around the venue. There will be dedicated staff cleaning and sanitising the venue throughout the event.
