As part of Disability History Month, the Quiet Room is returning — and this time, it’s at Guy’s Campus.

Feeling overwhelmed or just need a calm space to recharge?

Drop into Activity Room 5, where you’ll find a peaceful environment designed to help you rest and reset.

There’ll be beanbags, fidget toys, and mindful exercises available for you to enjoy — no booking required, just come as you are.

Take a break, unwind, and prioritise your wellbeing this Disability History Month.
