Meet Up Info

This year's KCLSU Welcome Fair is bigger than ever. When you arrive, a route will take you through all the sections so you can experience everything we have to offer. Here are some key details about your visit:

Key Info

Arrive on time. You must be at the meeting point for your meet-up by the allotted time. Once that time has passed, you can no longer enter the event.
Remember that this event is only for King's students. Please do not bring any guests or visitors.
Have your ticket (or a screenshot) and King's ID ready when you enter. This will speed up the process and reduce your waiting time. You will need to show your ticket to join the queue, and your ticket will be rechecked when you enter the venue.
When you enter the event, you'll be given a coloured wristband. Listen out for announcements about your wristband colour to know when you need to leave (to ensure as many people as possible can enjoy the Welcome Fair).
There will be an accessible entrance on the roadside of the venue (Lower Thames Street). This is for students who require step-free access or are unable to queue for long periods.
There are no scheduled fire alarms on the day, so if you hear one, please follow the fire marshal's instructions immediately.

Key Tips

Bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated during your visit via the multiple water points throughout the Welcome Fair.
Be prepared for a bit of rain - pack your raincoats & umbrellas so you don’t get wet in the queue.
You won't need a bag at Welcome Fair as we’ll be giving everyone a free KCLSU tote bag on arrival to keep hold of all your freebies. However, if you do bring one, it will need to be checked before you enter the fair.
