Former executive at BT. From 2017, responsible for BT Group's Shared Service, managing a global team of 6,500 to provide professional, commercial and customer service expertise to all aspects of BT's business. Extensive experience in managing large operational teams and managing outsourcing contracts for BT's largest multi-national customers. Strong people management, P&L, customer relationship and communication skills. Recently retired from BT. Particular interest in mentoring and people development. Julie was appointed as a Lay Trustee in 2019 and chairs our Finance, Audit & Risk Sub-Committee.
