AKT is a UK charity that has been providing safe homes and supporting LGBTQ+ youth since 1989. 24% of homeless young people identify as LGBTQ+ and 1 in 4 trans people have experienced homelessness. We have decided to run a fundraiser for AKT to show our active solidarity in support of LGBTQ+ people in crisis. Donating today will allow AKT to provide safe homes, mentoring and support to LGBTQ+ young people aged 16-25 in the UK, who are facing or experiencing homelessness or living in a hostile environment.
