Wellbeing Spotlight

Wellbeing Spotlight

Loads of sport clubs, societies and activity groups are doing amazing things to improve the wellbeing of our community. We want to share and celebrate these together!

If you’re a part of an activity group, society or sports club and want to spread the word about all the fantastic things you do to promote wellbeing, put yourself In the Spotlight with a Wellbeing Edition!

We’d love to promote your group on our website and Facebook and Twitter. All you need to do is take a few minutes to answer our Spotlight Interview questions. Email your completed form to wellbeing@kclsu.org along with a photo of your group in action and we’ll do the rest.

We can’t wait to hear from you!

King’s Communi-TEA | Pay it Forward Event

  • This event partnered two student groups with The Shed so that the King’s community could buy a stranger/friend a hot beverage and pay the positivity forward.
  • Groups involved: Islamic Society ARK (Acts of Random Kindness) & RAG (Raising and Giving)
  • Comments from ARK organiser: ‘ARK Commented ’With deadlines and exams always around the corner, it’s easy for students to forget to take care of themselves and each other. The RAG/ARK collaboration of Communi-tea gave everyone a chance to share some positivity and do a selfless act for another student, and by doing so build neighbourly bonds with each other. The best acts of kindness are the ones that are small but frequent!’
